ADDITIONAL INFORMATION / CANX POLICY

– Should your child be picked up from someone not a named parent/carer, please pre-inform us

– Should your child be allowed to walk home, please pre-inform us

– Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours or transferrable to another day

– In the event of wet weather the coaches will determine the severity of the weather but will aim to keep the children outside. If the weather becomes too wet and unsafe the coaches will provide the children with indoor activities.

– In the event of thunder and lightning, the coaches will provide indoor activities straight away, should this stop more than half a day of activities then sufficient refunds will be arranged.
